Replaced brake light fuse...short causing fire?? Update, getting closer...

I don't remember what the actual recall is, but maybe it's just a fusible link? I'll have to look into it, i'm curious.
If replacing the switch was the real solution, I wouldn't be surprised if to save money the just installed a fusible link.
