So the idler pulley between the power steering pump and ac compressor suddenly locked up and shred apart the drive belt. I try to remove the pulley but there is not enough clearance between the frame and the engine to get the bolt out, about an inch higher and I can possibly take it out.
Any safe way of removing it?

and another question
my valve cover is leaking, if the gasket is fine, is it reusable?

I'm going to go looking for one today and tomorrow, and if I can't find one, Ill get back to you Mr. Nimz. But I have to make sure that this is the original pulley size, Napa's were either too big or too small.
Outside diameter is 86mm or 3 3/8 in.
Inside is about 2cm

It is available ONLY thru Shonut and Shosource, trust me, I tried multiple bearing industry sources to no avail.
