What is that easiest and quickest way to remove the compressor from a 3.2?? I already have the intake, timing cover, battery, battery tray and obviously the original alternator removed already.

Here's the deal....My alternator took a great big **** on me the other day. (3 days before I leave for the convention) I have a alternator out of a 92 MTX and the "plate" (dont quote the name) to eliminate my A/C compressor in order for the 3.0 Alternator to fit my 3.2

I want to keep this compressor, it works fine and my A/C blows cold air.

Thanks in advance for everyone's help. thumbs_u

Please indicate your intentions. You kinda contradict your self by saying that you have a plate to install to eliminate the ac compressor and then you indicate that you want to keep it cause it blows cold.

I think that he means that "there shall be no hack saws/sawzzalls near the area, torch use, or big freakin' hammer action". A good compressor and lines are a terrible thing to waste, as maybe even a mind also.
