Reliability of 2010-2012 engines? Mileage numbers?

I've got a 2010 with 125K miles. It's had a livernois 4 91oct tune since 80K. Just this weekend the water pump failed and dumped all the coolant into the engine. The cam bearing feel like sandpaper but they didn't pull it apart to see if any more damage. They want $11,000 to put in new engine.

$11k? How much of that is labor? Is that a built motor? Include turbos? A reman from ford is $5k w/o turbos.
