ok well i am getting my rear main today, i have to install the redi sleeve, and i want to know if anyone has done this with the crank still in engine, there seems to be a pretty big shoulder on the sleeve were the tool it comes with bangs it in, now how do you remove that shoulder, or do i just leave it on. man what a pain in the **** this is, never used redi sleeve's before, the concept is quite simple, just that shoulder is bugging me, here is pics so you guys know what i am talking about...

here something i thought i would share, 3 dollar rear main seal installer
anyhow i am afraid that that shoulder will get in the way, or not let any oil get to the rear main seal to lubricate it. any help would be great right now as i have to figure this out asap. thanks, Mike.
