Being a broke colleg student is really taking its toll on my car hobby. I need to sell this one to stay ahead even though I would kind of like to keep it and do a few mods to it.
Here is the skinny:
Mileage: 150,***
The good:
Lots of the major maintenance has been taken care of.
New clutch with maybe 200 miles on it.
New Motorcraft spark plugs and spark plug wires.
Rod bearings replaced at the time of the clutch replacement.
New rear main seal.
New alternator.
The interior and paint are in pretty decent shape for the age and mileage.
New front drivers side wheel bearing and strut.
New tires with less than 1000 miles on them. Nothing special, but they do well in all the weather that I have driven this car in.
Aluminum sub frame bushings.
New cam sensor.
New battery cables.
New turn signal switch.
New axle seals.
New radiator hoses as well as oil cooler hoses installed at the time of the clutch install.
Front brakes have less than 1000 miles on them.
New battery as of 1/30/2009
The bad:
EATC buttons are broken. It still works fine, but looks terrible IMO.
The strut bearings need to be replaced. I have them but haven't got around to it yet.
It needs a wheel speed sensor for the front drivers side. The buyer can get a new one for about $60 form RCM Automotive.
The AC has been partially removed. It was going to cost more than I could afford to fix the AC, so I pulled the dryer and gutted the AC compressor. It makes working on it much nicer. Lol. I will include the parts that I removed that are still whole.
Some of the interior trim pieces are not installed at the moment, but I plan to have them back in place soon.
The master window switch is finicky.
Rear bumper has some damage, but I will include another bumper cover as well as another tail panel piece.
The windshield is cracked, but it recently pass a Missouri Inspection.
I would kind of like to see this go to an enthusiast as it is in pretty good condition IMO.
I am asking 2000, but willing to negotiate
I have 1500 in new parts alone in this car. I absolutely have to get that much out of it. I cannot afford to take even more of a loss on it.
Here are some older pics. I will get more current ones soon, and can take more pics on request.
The rear bumper no longer looks like this since i replaced the bumper cover support piece.
