Rear window motor rebuild how-to

I guess I'm going to have to do this my driver side window won't go down or up unless you put pressure on the glass - I hear the motor running so figured it just needs to be cleaned. :woo-hoo:

New window motors are like $30 bucks. Hard to justify all this when you can just pop in a new one.
