Anyone hear from them lately? I sent them an email over two weeks ago and so far I haven't heard a peep from them.

On a related note, does the AC stuff from Gen 1 - 2 SLOs work in Gen 1 SHOs?

I just got my stuff from them last week. Took almost three weeks to get it and they wouldn't reply to emails but I did get everything. I think they are just slow to respond to email (if they respond at all!). For they prices they charge though you can't complain. Just hold tight. I'm sure you'll get your stuff. :thumb:

Yeah, they have never taken this long before. Just wondering if something was up. If I don't hear from them within a couple days I'll find an alternate source.

see, I don't get it...their prices aren't that much better if you look around. Rock Auto has similar parts at similar prices, and much better customer service.

i ordered a rod bearing kit on late sunday night of last week......emailed him that night about express shipping, and had the kit to my door at 10am on tuesday......smooth transaction and he replied to my emails very quickly.

Okay, well I give up. I've tried sending from three different email addresses and still nothing. I think four weeks is enough time. Sucks too because they had a lot of parts.

ordered my rod bearings sunday and had them within the week, not sure the exact day because im not at home at all during the week

It's not just you Devin. I placed an order for over $800 worth of parts for my 92 SHO. When I was first told about RCM I emailed with questions and they were responded too quickly. Probably 4-5 emails back and forth to get everything I needed on the invoice before I paid. I paid the bill and thanked him for his prompt service. The parts arrived 3-4 days later just like I was told and I was very happy and figured I found a good vendor to buy all my parts from. I had a couple questions about the parts and wanted to order more so I emailed him asking if he could answer some questions about my parts. No response. I have sent 2-3 additional emails since that time and NONE of them were answered. I understand not many people can make a living selling SHO parts and assume he has another job but its been weeks since I have emailed him and I never got any responses. Since he promptly replied to Green SHO I am guessing he picks and chooses who he replies to. Considering I had just spent over $800 and was looking to spend a few hunderd more I would have hoped my emails were worth responding to but apparently I was wrong and will be looking for another place to buy my SHO parts from.

And don't worry you'll get your stuff. First e-mail he responds then nothing, it's always like that. I don't know why though.

RCM has been a Good vendor, and will continue to serve the Community ( I believe ) Sometimes things can get 'lost in the shuffle' though. Even I am guilty of that. I understand your frustration.... He seems to come through in the end. It may also be that his suppliers are the delay, and he has no power over that. Yes..He should email back....but...I don't know his 'life' schedule, Do You? lol Anyway.. Be patient. SHO parts are'nt always easy to find. I don't believe he's ripped anyone off in the past....and I don't believe he's going to start now.

Turns out one of the parts I bought from him is defective. Thankfully it was not terribly expensive because I am sure he will not reply to my email anyway. I am honestly not worried about his "life "schedule. If he does not have the time to reply back to a paying customer I will take the time out of my "life" schedule to find someone who appreciates my business.

I'm surprised some of you are having trouble because when I needed some stuff ASAP to do my suspension, they replied promptly to my emails and I had the parts in three or four days shipped priority.

I may try once more but otherwise I am done with them. Three email addresses and 6 emails over the course of a month with no answer won't get my SHO up and running. I'm not happy about that because I have never otherwise had a bad experience with them, and it irritates me more that Brad and others have received emails.

This is starting to feel SHO SHOP-esque.

It seems as if he picks and chooses who he replies too. When I was looking to spend money all my emails were promptly answered. Since I received my parts I have sent 4 unanswered emails....
