Does any body know what's going on with David at RCM? I ordered rod bearings over a month ago, no parts still! He does not answer any e-mails. Has anyone had the same or similar issue? Do the parts eventually arrive? Very frustrating.

They don't keep all items in stock, so they may be back ordered from the mfg. I always got my stuff but communication is crapola. I would ask around to see if they are available and in stock elsewhere ( National parts retailers, SHO Source, Rock Auto etc.) and then make a decision on how to proceed. Not sure what the time line is to cancel/contest credit card purchases.

Don't take my advice.
The only thing I've ever ordered from them were rod bearings, and they came quickly. That was a couple years ago though.
RCM is generally inconsistent. With them I find it is useful to contact them before ordering and verifying stock.
I tried to contact them before ordering to confirm the parts were in stock and no answer twice. I was looking for a full gasket set, two head gaskets, rod bearings and other parts. Both orders I placed in the past came quick.
Ordered rod bearings February 11 and still no answer to e-mails nor package received. Going to cancel order tomorrow via PayPal. I understand if you don't have the parts in stock or life happens but someone has to answer an e-mail and provide feedback.

IIRC, rod bearings are unobtainium nowadays. I have an extra set, but am holding on to them now.
We got the order, thank you. We do have some stuff in work. It helps if requests are sent so we know what people want.
