Really?? You've obviously never run a successful business. Nor could you with that attitude. Communication and customer service is what makes a company successful in the long term. If the guy's too busy to respond to customers he obviously needs to hire some help.
I can (almost) understand a delay of a day in returning emails. Any more than that is simply bad business.
