Ran Codes Questions?

I just ran my codes I don't understand? KOEO the only 2 I got that made sence were 51 and 15. It repeated the 51 twice but it gave the 15 once and then a 16 then I got 75,16,7.

Then when I did the KOER It just started throwing random flashes and then stalled out?

any help would be appriciated.

15 said ECA ROM test failure
