Radio is coming on, but no sound

Okay so I have gotten a new radio for my 92 SHO but now my problem is I am not getting any sound at all. The radio seems to be working (I am just using it for an Ipod as I don't ever plan on hooking up the antenna or power for it), but no sound is coming out. All the factory harnesses are still in the car and nothing has been spliced or cut. What could be the reason I am not getting any sound? I was using the factory amp as well. If pictures are needed let me know.

It's back there, but I wasn't getting a thing. I found the factory bypass plug and just us that. Radio works now, but thanks anyway.

Yes. It’s a couple plugs if I remember correctly.
