Engine runs great, but as soon as I turn it off and the engine cools the radiator hoses collapse. Does anyone know the cause of this?

Weak hose. When there is not coolant in the hose to keep it expanded, it will collapse.

Bad rad cap. Its not letting the fluid from the reservoir back into the system under a vacuum.

The radiator cap is designed to allow the cooling system to draw in liquid from the expansion bottle as the system cools down. If there is enough negative pressure to cause a radiator hose to collapse then either the radiator cap is not working properly or the tube from the radiator neck to the bottom of the expansion bottle is plugged.

You can test the tube for flow by removing the radiator cap on a COOL engine, covering the opening tightly with the palm of one hand and squeezing the upper radiator hose with the other hand. You should be able to hear, feel and see fluid traveling from the radiator to the expansion bottle and return as you release the upper hose.
