what temperature do these turn on?

Is there an easy way to wire them to stay all the time?

Not sure of the temp (210...?) they come on, but you could wire it to a switch pretty easily and be able to turn it on and off at will. Why would you want to though?

This has been well discussed. A SEARCH of the threads dealing with "running hot" should turn up the exact numbers.

Sure they can be wired up to run all the time. See that heavy black box over there in the corner with the heavy cables on it? Have some jumper cables?

Probably better off fixing the real source of the problem. I suspect your problem lies elsewhere, which tinkering with the fan ckts probably won't fix.

BTW, the fans run continuously when the climate control is set to anything except off, vent, or floor. Presuming you're using the A/C (and the fans work), the fans will run the whole time.

you're right...

I wonder if they left a shop towel in the radiator when it was replaced.

I'm stumped.

Is the system overheating, or is it just overfull? If it's overfull, it will spill out of the overflow bottle as the hot coolant expands.

So what ever fixed this overheating problem? Now that this beast is going to be mine?
Hello and welcome. :)

Do you have an overheating SHO? If you can describe the symptons a little more I'm sure you'll get some feedback on your problem...

Charlie, I sent you an email.

The problem was reading the gauge and a bad radiator cap.
