If you loosing coolant there its not because of high rpms. The water pump will create very little to no pressure in a system. It's the heat that creates the pressure in a coolant system. Whats your temp like and how old is the current rad cap?

I've got a new t-stat (190 deg). I havent seen more than 210 on the datalog for the car. Cap is very old. But i replaced it already. Autozone had a nice chrome one that handles 18psi. Atleast thats what the package said. Looks nice!

Little story involved with heating issues.

... first changed the T-stat because of heating problems. Come to find out the fan motor died ... relaced with spare one i had in garage. Then this past week end coming back from an hr drive hose that i used for bypassing the TB bursts. I couldnt see were it was coming from at first. Me in my brother took out the intake manifold in the Autozone parking lot. All his friend work at autozone so his friends let us borrow couple tools to do the job. Took us about an hour to figure out were the leak was since it only showed when it was pressurized.

People took pictures of the car while we worked on it. it was kinda fun! :nut:

i am pretty sure the rad cap is supposed to be 16psi that could cause some of your problems.
