I have the TPR bushings from the group buy a while back and am starting to hear this strange noise when slowly going over various bumps and turning. It is a sort of squeak. I dint think that you had to **** TPR bushings like regular urethane. Am I wrong? I really sounds like the bushings are sqeaking and I am fine with lubing them, but I didnt even know you had to.

Man, now I am looking for anything to tie that sounds to. It isn't horrible yet, and I can spot nothing awry in the front suspension. I think if it becomes any worse I will really start trying to move stuff around to figure it out, but till then will tolerate it.

I am reading into the replies that TPR shouldnt need to be lubed, yeah?

SHOULDN'T NEED TO BE...

but DO **** TPR. I've got polygraphite, and it's SUPPOSED to be even better than TPS in regards to squeek, but they did start making noise. A little sylglide, and 2 years later, no noise.

Whoops, my bad.

I have all the suspension bushings in TPR, from SHOnut's group buy. I was confuse about needing to **** the TPR vs those newer graphite impregnated type. Thanks SHOck, I didnt know that.

Aside form the retaining bolt on one of my Koni inserts backing itself all the way out and falling out on the road somewhere there are several noises coming fromthe front end now. Fixed the Koni problem and lubed the all TPR, but now there is a clunking when turning hard and throwing the SHO from side to side. Not like the CV's do when they are bad, that is a more clicking. Now it's a clunking. cry

Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually. But I have to say I was ****** about the Koni issue and the fact that they never contacted me after I contacted them several times.
