Quick Question?

everybody with an atx, tell me where does your temp gauge run at (when warmed up) when you dont have the heat or a/c on how far up does it go and where does it read when you turn on the heat or a/c ?

My temp gauge only goes half way up max. Before i changed thermostat and both sendig units my temp only went 1/4 above cooled mark. Very little change with A/C on, when heat is on it drops a little.

My temp guage reads at 1/3 with no load, and almost half when using the heater or a/c on. It definitely goes to a hotter operating temp when the compressor is operating, either a/c or defroster. Good luck.

well, i have changed the t-stat(just ordered another one this one is a 180 with a jiggle valve) both sensors under the t-stat housing,radiator, fan motor,a BG flush, upper and lower hoses. mine when it reaches normal operating temp it goes up to the O and the R and when i turn on the a/c or heat it goes down to the M and A. i dont know what else to do, i dont lose coolant so i think the head gasket is good, but it seems to build up pressure and i have blown a couple of hoses.
