quick question

The brakes on my 91 are starting to stick so i figure its time to upgrade the brake lines. Where do i get stainless steel brake lines? The only place i see them is on shosource and the review about them says they dont fit properly. Is there a better brand out there to get?

The Russel lines fit fine. You just got to dremel out the bracket a bit, not a big deal.

I just did the cobra caliper upgrade and used SS brake lines. I got them from a local performance shop who is authorized to sell Russell products.

The only issue we had during the install was that the brackets had to be opened up a bit for them to fit. The mechanic that i had to the work added some c-clamps to the rear brackets to prevent the line from moving. The front lines fit perfectly into the brackets so nothing was needed.

They fit stock calipers fine,Cobra calipers make it a little tight.

The hose holder/bracket is shaped like a "D" where the hose fits and the aftermarket is shaped like an "O". Little work to make them fit. I guess some people's skill levels are just not there.
