I need to change batteries, thus disconnecting both negative and positive cables-so after reconnecting does the computer relearn idle conditions on its own? Or is there anything I need to do to help it such as let the car idle for a specific amount of time, drive it immediately after, etc? I don't want to reset the idle, I only want it to relearn its current conditions.
