I did a brief search and couldnt find my answer so...

I had to pull my crank bolt to swap the lower timing case. When I put the pulley back on, what tool do I use to make sure the pulley is center while going on? I know I had to use that puller tool to get it off, is there a tool to put it back on as well? (i ripped her apart like 2 months ago and i dont recall if the pulley will just slide back on since I used a tool to remove it)

Thanks in advance.

Warming up the pulley in front of a space heater for a few minutes will make sliding it on a lot easier.

Once it's started, you can use the crank bolt to finish pulling it on using a regular 1/2" ratchet. Don't use air.

I use a length of 2" ABS pipe and a dead blow mallet to get it started, and use the crank bolt to pull it the rest of the way on.

I got the "key" I believe in tact. The little metal (i assume metal) guide shim on the actual shaft portion. It lines up with the pulley I was just making sure I was going to do this properly. Thanks for the info.
