How long after you like speed in front of a cop (or do a burnout like i did in front of one) can they pull you over like up to 4 hours after?

An officer can pull you over at anytime and write any ticket he wants to. You can fight it, though. And since a long period of time passed between the alleged offence and the traffic stop, what proof can the officer have that it was you and not some other SHO?

well i mean he didnt pull me over right then and there but he cant pull me over later for what he didnt pull me over ealier can he?

In Ut. an Officer has 1 yr. to write a ticket, BUT, it is and would be to hard to prove the case.

i did one in my geo metro... that was in front of a cop sitting in a parkin lot... i didnt know that he was there till the car came flying after me. he kinda laughed when he came up to my window. and said "you in a rush to get somewere" and then the rest was history... hey wuzzzer do you ever want to run your v8 against my v6?

Yeah, see you dont realize hes there till its too late, i mean i didnt get pulled over but i have a feeling hes coming for me since hes in the same spot every day and come to my school alot
