I know it's kind of a dumb question, and I know the heat shield faces up... but does it matter which direction that cat is installed in???

That's exactly what my next question/answer was going to be.Who drives regularly on the grass???
All instructions I see says heat shield up. My question is once the shield is up does it matter which way the cat is mounted?
Eh???oh forget it.....
Who drives regularly on the grass???
Cheach and Chong!!!!!!!!!!![]()
If there's only 1 heat shield, put it between the pipe and underside of the car. Suprised that there isn't heat shields on both sides.
It would have a hard time cooling if there were heat shields on both sides. You'd be holding the heat in which probably make quick work of the honeycomb.Who drives regularly on the grass???
