I have a question, that probably will sound dumb to most of you..

So I think I need new shocks, so I figured I might as well put some H&R springs. Now my question is, I saw these: http://www.ecopowerparts.com/shop/i...s_id=5&zenid=020f25d3aa2cce172d8753b8d6e38837

I'm wondering, if I buy that set, do I need shocks still, is that like shocks and struts and springs all in one?
I'm not familiar with how coil over suspension works, but if it's only 800 for the set, that sounds cheap :)

Also, is it hard to get it adjusted to where it has a nice low ride height, but doesn't feel rough?

I was hoping for input from members who have coilovers on their cars instead, maybe later?

If you buy coilovers, you have springs & shocks/struts in the kit. No need to buy extra shocks/struts. Since these are adjustable kits, you can adjust ride height to your liking. The rougher the roads in your area (or even unfriendly-angled exits onto roadways), the closer to stock height you want to remain. The ride will be quite firm, but not unpleasant. It is a given that you have to adapt your driving style to the pavement greeting you :) You may or may not need a camber adjustment bolt to get the suspension into spec.

Most people like the Megan kits, but apparently in some areas of the country (like the salt belt with constant freeze/thaw), the roads are bad enough to merit considering returning to stock suspension. You will have to decide.
