So no idea's on that fuel code i pulled at KOEO?

Could that be the cause of my problems? If so, what do i need to fix the issue?

Same as a 542/543 on Gen II PCMs. It often gets set if the engine stalls for some reason. May or may not be the cause of the stalling.

You really need to determine which subsystem has failed when the car won't run.

Next time it fails:

1. Crack throttle to see if it fires. (IAC stuck closed)

2. Check fuel pressure (leave the guage attached under hood, if possible)

3. Check for spark ( an inductive timing light is helpful)

Once you identify exactly which of those three is failing, the solution will be easier to find. Otherwise, you are only guessing at possible causes.

The 41 indicates the rear O2 sensor read lean. Since it was only one of the two sensors, I'll ask how old they are. It may be time to replace them both.

You may be experiencing a thermal-related open circuit in the fuel pump or crankshaft position sensor. The next time the engine quits, observe the tachometer. If it drops immediately to zero even though the engine is still turning then it is the CPS. If the tach is still reading rpms, the source may be a lack of fuel pressure. Both of these failures can reset after a cooldown period.

How does the fuel pump sound when you turn the ignition key to ON? It should give a steady, high-pitched whine for about 1.5 seconds. If it sounds unsteady or struggling the fuel pump is having a hard time.

If, during the 6 hour down time after the engine quits, you crank the engine and the tach doesn't move, you must suspect the CPS.

The RPM's cluster is dead, 0, we replaced CPS and it didn't fix anything frown
