pulled my codes.now what?

Hey gang.I just ran the KOEO test on my 91 and got codes 85 then 11.85 is a lean condition right?11 is all pass right?What could the 85 be?I just put new valve cover/intake gaskets and plugs/wires on her.I am going to take the intake off one more time as I think the gasket was making the whistle noise.I did have fuel spilling out of the fuel valve on the fuel rail.Could this be the problem?Could not run the KOER test becuase the motor will not run long enough to test(idles very bad)Thanks for any help guys thumb
