Well after waiting patiently for the preferred garage spot in the shop and not getting it, I decided to start the project in the garage attached to the house. Having a husband with his own hobbies/obsessions is frustrating.

So today I borrowed the tool boxes, radio, and a fan to keep the bugs and mosquitos away from me and got to work.

I'll keep updating this thread as I slowly make progress.

But pictures are more fun than reading words.

This is all way out of my comfort zone, but I am going to see how far I can do it myself.

Dr. Evil (previous owner) had a Zex kit on the car, but this will be its first experience with real boost.

I picked it up in Milwaukee for James, but he decided that a turbo car would be more fun.

I figured it was already here, so I may as well buy it from him.

Oh hi old K&N filter from the previous set-up. Hope you like the passenger side of the car as much as you liked being in the driver's side fender area.

Damn those tractors.. Tell Adam I now own 3 Simplicity's. A 64 Wonderboy, 68 Broadmoor, and an 84 4212 5 speed. Nice work on the car! Can't wait for a ride.

I don't think I want to tell him.

It was 90* in the garage yesterday. I had two box-fans blowing on me and I was too afraid to open the garage door or service door because of the stupid mosquitos. It's only 80* as of this morning when I started draining the oil from the oil pan.
