I have been having some problems with my LPM. First I have noticed my SHO isn't quite running right, idle revs, dies, that sort of thing.
Also my bigest prob is when it's cold outside usually about 45 degrees or lower my car doesn't want to start. I can pull the chip out and it will fire right up. Put it back in and no dice. But only when it's cold. But it runs bad all the time. And I do know it's something with the chip, not some other problem.

Any suggestions on what I should do. I heard that TED will reprogram them for free if there is any problems. Is this true?

Actually I think you'll find it may be with the 80mm MAF. A bunch of users were experiencing problems between the LPM and MAF.

Being a year into my TedB chip I have 2 suggestions:

1: Call Ted.

2: Make sure you are resetting the idle per Ted's installation intructions every time you ever disconnect the battery. I forget to do this so much that I finally put a note on my battery cable to reset idle if I ever work on the car. You would be surprized how used to the the chip you get that you forget its there.
