Power to Trunk Lid

I assume that there is no battery power in the wire bundle feeding into the trunk lid, correct? Assuming no (it's just lighting, right?), where is the easiest place to splice in battery power to something mounted to the trunk lid?

Edit: its a '16, if that matters (which I suspect it won't)

I believe there is a switch there somewhere to turn on the trunk light when lid is opened. I tapped into the + side of the OEM trunk lamp to power extra LED lights strips for better trunk lighting. They come on when trunk is opened, without car being on. Lights will time out out after maybe 15 minutes of open trunk. Mine is an 2018. Not sure how much can be ran off that circuit, but since I was only running LED lights I wasn't to concerned.
