power locks, keyless entry and fog lights won't come on...

I just bought a 90 sho for 700 however if you try the switches for the power locks, nothing happens, if you input the code on the outside of the door, your hear a clicking sound, but nothing happens not even the trunk will release....

also, when i push the switch for the fog lights, the light on the switch comes on but the lights on the car it self don't come on either...

For the fog lights, both bulbs are probably bad or you have a wiring fault.
