Sure. Do it all the time.

Do remove the small vacuum canister and it's bracket first. The rest can be done with simple extensions and a U-joint.

A 12" piece of 3/8" hose is very helpful for starting the new plugs.

And put electrical tape over the end of the extention and JAM the spark plug socket on there.

Guess why

Reinforced packaging tape works better but you probably have e tape on hand...
