please help intake promblems

ok so i had to do plugs/ wires valvecover gasket so i figured while i had every thing out i woul primer and paint the intake well i took it apart primed it painted it put all new gaskets in put it all bak together and when i went to put it bak on the bolt holes would not line up on with the threads on the engine its so close but not completly lined up any help would be great

Are all the rubber couplers on the intake loose? They need to be a little loose so you can align everything.

no there not ill try that and get bak probably wont be till tomorow any more suggestions would be great thank you jed head

What Bob said. Also just start 1 bolt and work aorund and it will fall into place.

Also, Make sure that you have removed any paint from the DIS ground (Crossover Tube Brackets!), Or else you'll be posting a thread asking why your SHO does not start.

right on,I had this same issue years ago on my first SHO.
Like Robert said make sure all the couplers are loose to give the whole manifold some adjustment. start threading in bolts from the middle of the snakes,work your way out from there.

Hey just got a chance to thankyou I loosned up rubber coupler slid on and lined up perfectly, runs like a top
