hi all. my passenger temp is always the same. i replaced the blend door actuator. i even turned the door manually and still the temp remains the same. there was never any clicking from the actuator and when removed and still electrically hooked up, the actuator rotates. any other suggestions? TYIA.

^^ There is the diverter door and the temp blend door. Sounds like you changed the diverter door actuator.

It should be the one to the left of the actuator directly behind your glove box. There is a giant bundle of wires directly in front of it, and you will need a full toolbox of your best swear words. Also helps to have tiny hands and to be a contortionist. If I had to do another one, I honestly would probably remove the passenger seat to make it easier to sit comfortably to get to it.

I never found anything on YouTube but it's pretty straightforward. Bolt locations on that actuator are the same as one that is in the open. Wire harness is pretty stout, just move it out of your way to get a socket on the bolts.
