I have a 95 MTX and the bearing on the passenger side intermediate shaft went and i cant find anyplace that either has one or can replace the old bearing. i checked online and all they have is the cv axel part which is fine. any ideas on where to find one?

Every major city has places that rebuild front drive axles. Typically around $60 for a rebuild unit, plus you trade them your bad one. Look on google for 'cv axle' plus your city or 'drive axle' plus your city and you should find several.

well i got a crazy Frankenstein idea which is to weld 1/8" steel plate onto the mounting bracket that the bearing goes into so it can move freely but it cant slide out

well someone on here offered me it for $20 and shipping but i pmed him back and he hasnt repplied yet. i also called NESHO and they have one for $100 but id have to get it shipped
