part name question

what do you call the rubber gaskets/seals that attatch the crossover tube to the intake? It looks like both ends of mine are sort of sucked in and to me that seams like a bad thing....so I was looking to replace them.

Those 2 pieces are actually supposed to look like that. The crossover tube is only there to equalize any pressure difference between the 2 sides. Very little, if any air moves through it.
