True, PA rules vary depending on which county you are in ...

on these cars will the tune cause a problem with the emissions being ready ?? can or will they do a o2 delete on the rear o2 sensors if your running a non cat pipe

They can turn off the CEL for catless downpipes (in the case of no rear O2 sensor), but the Emissions Readiness Monitors will not like that. Plan to revert to stock (tune, MAP, DPs) at emissions testing time.

just re-read this whole thread. we had a different discussion thread related to this topic, and it turns out that LMS tunes will never pass the readiness test, so if your emissions test requires an evaluation of the check engine light and requires the pcm be past the readiness test, you must revert to stock tune to pass the emissions test. I never got a straight answer as to why they would write a tune like that, but that is what they have done.

Hmm. Interesting. Thanks for that info. Going to put 2 bar back in and load stock tune. See what that does

I am in Pittsburgh and I always forget to change back to stock tune earlier enough before emissions testing. I thought 4 days would be enough to clear readiness but it wasn't. Hopefully I can get enough driving in before Friday. I am interested in downpipes, but if they need to be swapped back to stock before annual emissions testing then its not worth it for me.

PPE catted will pass readiness on stock tune. The Livernois catted or any other catted that I am aware of will not.

Its still not ready for readiness test. Is there anything I can do with the MyCalibrator to reset anything?
