well i been getting this code for a little while...

so i decided to look into it and found the fuse was blown so i changed it with what i had 40amp. popped that one also. so i guessing the pump is frozen.

can i remove the whole system and just deal with the ses(or wait for a tune) or would it cause issues?

It has no affect on engine performance. I would just leave it or remove the entire thing. If removing it you need to fab up some plugs for the exhaust manifold. I just cut off the male flare part flush with the hex and tapped the hole for 1/2-13 bolt then plugged it with one of that.

Removing all the piping cleans up the engine compartment well.
