Rear brake problems are quite common. If they haven't been touched in a while, the rubber hoses can slowly collapse internally and block flow back from the caliper. The parking/e-brake cables can deteriorate and get stuck inside the sleeves they run in too, which keeps some pressure on the calipers.

Also, now that I think about it, I think the reason I had such a hard time with my rear o2 is 'cause it's a northern car and everything is corroded or seized. I kept on rounding the hex with the special socket because the slit down the side allowed it to flex some. A hose clamp fixed the problem though. :)

Thanks for the help on the brake dept.....I crawled underneath the car last night and could see one oxy sensor with a flashlight. I have ramps that I need to put it up on this weekend. The one sensor looked easy enough to get to...didnt see the other one...is it close to the first one? Thanks

FWIW, I've had issues with Bosch O2's so I now spend the little extra and get either Denso or Motorcraft.

I use a BIG crescent wrench and a hammer. Seems to come off easy enough!

Be sure to "never-sieze" it upon install of new part.

There's one on each side of the engine. The rear one is on the y-pipe directly between the firewall and engine.

the o2's in my car were seized. Don't know if they applied locktite or something stupid like that but luckily I also decided to install a magnaflow y pipe so new o2's going in there now. But easy.....I don't know... good luck with the install.

Thanks for all the help. I now have a problem with shifting into third, I get a small hesitation. Almost like a miss...bad gas? Just in third under a steady gas pedal.....
