overheating!!!!

i just replaced my ccrm module.. doesnt help.. the fan turned on instantly when it wasnt even that hot then turned off when it was needed most.. if i drive around it cools off but im thinking its just from the airflow from driving. are there any more relys or switched or shouild i just replace my fan?

Go to check your engine codes. Your fan should start when you begin this process. If it doesn't come on this will help you narrow down your search.

the check engine light is not on... i just replaced the thermostat... should i put power directly to the fan?

i didnt get much info from the threads but that it could be the fan or the power to the fan from the connector

so if i turn the ac on the fans should kick on no matter what?? if that happens then my fans are ok?? should it would be my ........


Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor.

ok , now what/?

fans dont turn on with ac on?? temp got to 230 then shut off. so is it my fan or my sensor?

if you go to check your codes your fan will come on. This is a way of checking if it is your fan.

problem solved..

had a spare fan laying aound , plugged it in when car was hot instanly turned on, unplugged it plugged in original fan , nothing.. thansk for your help..
