I have a problem when my carr is stopped at a light or something, the temperatture will go up really high almost to the "H", i was wondering if it could be the radiator? I talked to some people and they said they can get rusty preventing flow. I have replaced the ECT,radiator cap, and thermostat. Any help???

The fan motor brushes tend to wear out. Make sure the fan works at all times if the climate control is set to AUTO, MAX A/C or anything but VENT or FLOOR.

I had to do my '92 radiator for the same reason. Yes over time they can get gunked up and become ineffective. Get a decent brand. I used Modine.
