So I still can figure out my car . Took it to a mechanic and he used his nice snap on tool and bam 5codes came on. O2' sensors on open loop mode he said and another one for fuel pump on loop mode

What can cause this.

Also I just replaced the intake gaskets cause he said it can be a vacum leak it did help but still stumbles also back fire on the intake

You need to go to Shopower.com and follow the procedure for counting the flashing CEL light to get the code readout and post it here, so that you can get some analysis.
The OBDI system is not always accurately displayed from a code reader, but it is more or less agreed that the OBDII system can be read with more certainty.

214 is cam sensor circuit failure.
there is no "o2 sensor at open loop" code.

please count the flashing light and let us know what the real codes are, or post a video so we can figure it out.

I think you can go to the plug in the engine compartment that your tech friend used and put a test light on the plug and get the flashes that way. Maybe someone could confirm this.

yes, that works too, if you connect a 12V test light across the right two pins. the thread that shows you how to jumper it also shows how to connect the test light, iirc.

So I did the test again and nothing comes out just the 111 code. Now last thing I did was the knock sensor . Witch involved me taking the injectors off I remember the seal of the injectors being pretty worn out . Can does seals be ba that it sucks in air and makes the car run bad? Cus after I did that that's when I notice the car acting up. Also their not even tight on the injector they slip out real easy on their own.

yes, you can get a vacuum leak with a bad injector o-ring. how much it matters depends on how bad the leak is. you can buy new o-rings, which is a good idea after ~20 years.

there can be codes even if no cel, so I would check codes and report.

Did you perform the Key On Engine Off AND Key On Engine Running tests? They can produce different codes.

http://www.shopowered.com/codes/codes_gen12.htm

Since you got the 111 code, I'm assuming you got the test light to work.
