Odd transmission feel

I was driving in wet conditions the other day, I was stopped on a hill with wet pavement and when I went to move forward it felt like my tranny actually slipped. This is a 2010 with 92k miles that I bought from a guy I’m sure probably never beat on it, tires are probably ready to be replaced. This is my first all wheel drive vehicle and I have been utilizing the paddle shifters so I hope I’m not ruining the transmission. I’m hoping it was some traction control issue/tire slipping type feel and not a transmission going bad. Only happened that one time since I’ve owned it which is a few months now. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated, thanks.

Most likely the front wheels slipped, then AWD kicked in.
