odd problem ! any ideas

I have a 91 mtx . I was out one night parked at a bar and came out a hour later, car cranks no start.

weird- when i put the key to run not start , the radiator fans come on and the fuel pump turn on and run nonstop.

I did the crank sensor and cam sensor, timing belt. all back together same problem. changed out the ccrm? or whatever that module is that controls the fans and the fuel pump with both F code which was not in my car and the right M code one, nothing same thing. I checked all the grounds , and made sure all the connections to the computer were tight. Next will be changing out the computer.

any ideas ?? thanks for any help.

I was going to say computer. Give that a shot and report back.

well... I changed out the computer , first time i turn the key no fans and the pump turns off . crank it , starts for a second then dies, check engine light comes on.

so now no start same as before, ran the codes only seemed to get code 12 .
next going to change out the ccrm again.
