OBD Code reader help

I am not having any driving issues. Care idles fine, drives fine, starts fine but I was checking my codes and I didn't quite understand it. Here is what it showed:

511 511 1 3 3

Maybe the last couple was 33?

As you probably know, the On Demand 511 points to an LPM. That should have been followed by a 10 indicating the end of the OD codes and the start of the stored codes. You have 3 digit codes so the other one can't be a 2 digit EGR. A mystery why there are pauses between the numbers and there is no code 133.

Is the code reader displaying numbers or just counting bulb flashes?
