Ok for quite awhiel I had been getting a "pop" noise when going down and incline or turning the wheel form the fromt of the car... Now that seems to have gone away for the time being but there is a almost constant "loose rattle" that seems to come from the front end when going down gravel roads or unsmooth surfaces... it almost sounds like a loose brake caliper would(not that though) ... not really a metallic sound..... but a dull constant loose rattle.. I've had two seperate places look at it and they tell me the sway bars and ball joints are fine and nothing appears to be loose at all... with the exception of.... it looks like ride height sensors(thats a guess) these are both very loose and pivot freely. This noise seems to have gotten worse as of late and it can also be heard when the brakes are applied (it needs the rotors turned at the moment so that creates the vibration) Heres the list that I've looked at thus far:
Sway bars Tight
Ball joints ok
Cat converter all not broken

That would be the struts rattling around. Mine does it also. Nothing to worry about, just means you need new bushings. The ride hight sensors are suposed to be lose and pivot freely. If you look at how they're held on they're on pivot balls.

Thank you! Finally something I can point to with this, now then what would be required to fix it, cause it's annoying as **** (as you no doubt know) and sounds like the car is falling apart on me

Buy new strut bushings, never done this my self because I've heard for many people that the rattle is still there even with new stuff. It might be somewhat nurve racking thinking it's gonna fall apart on you but I've learned to live with it and most of the people that ride with me don't even notice it or don't care because their car makes more squeaks and rattles than mine. For example my friends 01 cobra, the thing squeaks EVERY time he turns the wheel or goes over a big bump because of his lowering springs/coil overs.
