Grinding Noise

New to the group: I have a 2018 SHO and I get this grinding noise when I turn, and although it does when turning right. It's mostly when I'm turning left. And giving it gas slightly. It's intermittent for now, but getting worse. The guys at the Shop say that it could be Transmission related. And or Electronic Power Steering. The CVS are good. Thanks in advance for any advice given.

Could be the PTU going out, I haven’t had it happen but if the mechanics are saying possible transmission then good possibility it’s the PTU.
