Forgive me if I screw this up, but I am a newbie to the SHOForum. I've had my 95 SHO for about 4 years now, and I love my car to death (even though my friends don't see why). Anyway, I've got this noise coming from somwhere in the rear wheel wells. It tends to be most noitceable at slow speeds, during a turn, and the noise speeds up and slows down with the speed of the car.

I had thought it was the hub/bearing assembly, so I replaced both the rears...which (maybe I'm imagining things) seemed to work for a while.....but now I'm right back where I started. I'm not sure if maybe I got defective hub/bearing assemblys or if maybe I installed them wrong, but I don't see how...it seemed simple enough.

I don't know, maybe I'm looking in the wrong direction, but I could use anyone's help who might have some insight.

Thanks, Timmy

What kind of sound is it? Rubbing? Clunking? Grinding?

Does it speed up and slow down as the car does?

I noticed a lot of topics about rear brakes sticking- check those out maybe.

If they're rubbing while you drive, it would make some non-pretty noise...
