No start with cranking after Blower Module Tinkering

I pulled the Blower Speed Control Module and cleaned it off to possibly remedy the always ON fiasco. Nevertheless, I tried to start the car without the module and it didn't start on a 93 3.0 MTX.

I may have shorted something while tinkering? Any ideas?

What been checked on a COLD(30 degrees F) day trying to start:

1. Fuel Pump test(always on) - Fuel is flowing
2. Spark is occurring I pulled a plug to test
3. Tachometer moves - I have held the start for 10+sec
4. Not the CPS or DIS b/c both replaced within last 24months
5. Battery and connections are good
6. KOEO test is showing codes:

114 - ACT out of self-test range
116 - Engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor out of self-test range.
542 and 543 - Ignoring these because it is probably from a stall

Does it crank? If it doesn't, check a 10A fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box. I think there's a fuse that blows on that circuit that prevents the starter from engaging. I might just be blowing it out my a** though, it's been a long time since I looked at that system.

check ground between engine intake manifold and firewall at passenger side.
check connection to pcm.

Fixed: No start with cranking after Blower Module Tinkering

I let the car sit for a few days while I had the time to get the battery tested. The battery was 41 months old and they showed me it may or may not have a bad cell. I wasn't completely convinced because I felt like a good overnight charge would raise it from the 10.5 volts it was showing. I replaced it for $70 since I have had to jump the car a few times in the past month.

Nevertheless, on a warm day(65 F) the car started. Albeit with me depressing the throttle during startup. Consequently, the car burned off most of what I believe was a flooded engine and set of cats. So far so good.

Conclusion: if your SHO is cranking and not starting and you haven't changed much, check that your batter is showing 12+ V even after cranking. And remember to open the throttle, the engine must accumulate fuel when cranking and not starting.

Unfortunately, the Blower Module is definitely toast even after spraying it with some electronics parts cleaner it is still blowing on High. For now it will have to stay off until I can find a cheap replacement.
