Does that tach move? if it doesn't its the cps. If it does i can be a whole range of things. Coil, Computer issues, Bolts holding down the crossover tube. Run the codes and go from there

I broke a breaker bar, and rachet taking the crank bolt off...At least i know i am not getting crank cancer
