I assume this is the John that emailed me a few days ago with this problem?? I am thinking CPS here, but as I said in my reply, you will get a much better idea of what is going on by posting here, and letting the collective knowledge of the forum give their opinions.

Some easy checks to do before you get into more serious solutions:

Check your battery cables, make sure they are tight. My car wouldn't start after the 60k-cause? Battery wasn't tightened down.

Check the ground on your DIS. I installed a new intake and the DIS didn't ground right, and I literally WATCHED my car stop running in the midst of a KOER test. It was really odd.

Pull codes. You might be storing something that doesn't show on a CEL.

Did you check your fuel pressure? If it wants to turn over and you have spark, you might not be getting enough pressure on the rail. 39lbs. is the ideal pressure. Something to look into. I know mine started falling off due to a fuel filter that had been on the car for 80k miles

. New filter and all was well in SHO land for a week...yes week...the following week a CV joint seized and it was in at the dealer for a week waiting for parts...
