So after I did new wires and plugs on the SHO it no longer starts. I get fuel, but I get no spark. Everything from what I can see is plugged in. I check all the Fuses ( inside and in the engine compartment) and they are all fine. Anyone have any thoughts on where to start? Thank You for your replies.

I did take the intake off the car. How would you verify that the DIS is grounded?

The DIS is grounded through its lower mounting bolts to the intake. So, the intake must be grounded for the DIS to function. There should be a ground strap running from the rear passenger side intake support bracket to the firewall. Make sure it's there with good connections. There are also a couple brackets between the intake crossover tube and plenum that must be bolted tight. Basically, you need a path between the lower mounting bolts and the negative battery terminal. If you have an ohm meter, it should be easy to check. There should be no resistance between the lower mounting bolts and the negative battery post.

Well so I tested it with my DMM and sure enough there was resistance. So I ran a ground from my neg. term on my battery to the lower bolt on the DIS and she fired right up. Guess I found my problem!!!! Thank you!

Ok you need to take the paint off where the crossover bolts to as that is the ground path. Also take the paint off the rear intake bracket where the groundstrap goes. If you painted where the dis bolts to remove that paint as well.
